Refund Policy
Chitown Coop does not offer returns or exchanges, except when customers receive wrong, damaged, defective, or mislabeled items. In such cases, customers must emailinfo@chitowncoop.com with photos within the stated time frames—generally within one week for mislabeled items and within 30 days for misprints, damage, defects, or lost packages. Refunds or replacements are issued accordingly.
Customers are responsible for reshipment fees for insufficient or unclaimed addresses. Sealed hygiene items, including face masks, cannot be returned. Buyer’s remorse is not eligible for refunds. EU withdrawal rights are restricted for personalized or unsealed goods.

Shipping Policy
Orders typically take 3–7 days to fulfill before shipping, with delivery times varying by region: 3–4 business days in the USA, 6–8 in Europe, 2–14 in Australia, 4–8 in Japan, and 10–20 internationally. Items ship from global print-on-demand facilities. International orders may incur customs fees determined by local authorities. If a package is delayed, customers should confirm the address, check with the post office, and ask neighbors before contacting info@chitowncoop.com.
Tracking links are emailed once orders ship. For wrong or damaged items, customers must email photos and order details within one week for a prompt resolution.
